The SILEX PLC family is a general-propose industrial control family offering maximal flexibility and optimal value for money solutions for industrial users with both traditional and special needs, from simple tasks that require only a few I/O-s to the most advanced, high computing power demanding networks.

Our fifteen years experience in various segments of the industry, automotive and military applications allows us to offer well-established and reputable solutions to our customers.

Being an OEM company we can offer solutions to special needs by either customizing our existing systems or providing individual, customer-oriented solutions that, with other PLCs, would require costly investments.

Depending on the topology of the system we can offer two solutions:

- for concentrated systems with large I/O numbers rack type solutions

- distributed controls

Both of the above systems are equipped with high speed high reliability networking capabilities (CAN 2.0B, Ethernet TCP/IP),

so even the largest scale systems can be built up by integrating the above system components via networks.

For programming we offer two solutions which are as follows:

- Embedded Linux / C developing environment

- Integrated PLC programming environment

In PLC developing environment, depending on the central unit, the user program can be prepared either by the IEC 1131 compatible ladder diagram or by an instruction list, but programs written in C language can also be linked.

User programs are upwards compatible and therefore the programs or program parts already written can be transferred to most powerful systems just by recompiling.

The integrated SW development enviroment system (word processor, macro-extender , compiler, real-time debugger) runs on an IBM PC.

Upon demand our process visualization (FGI) can be connected to any of our systems capable for Ethernet (TCP/IP) communication.
