The distributed measuring
system, developed for cathodic corrosion protection is a GSM-based
system designed for battery powered operation at a very low consumption.
The data received is
displayed on a central PC monitor, where the dispatcher may interfere
at the RTU units by sending sms messages.
Our system has been successfully
used by a number of German gas suppliers.
